OK, so this is still work from the end of Uni, my final major is completely self initiated. Green Up is about encouraging children to spend more time outside and learn about the environment around them. The idea is that there are three packs you can buy... 'Garden Detectives', 'Eco-Warrior' and 'Nature Explorer.' Each pack contains info and activities which teach children about how they can help the environment in a fun and interesting way. Involving parents too, the packs are a great way of getting families together. Activities range from in the Garden, round the home and in areas outside of the home, parks, beaches etc.
For the project, I only ad time to create one pack and I focused on the Garden Detectives - things to do in the garden to help the environment, teach children and get families working together.
